The Serbian Ministry of Interior stated that a crime police unit, together with the police at the Nikola Tesla airport, have seized two packages containing three kilos of heroin and just under half a kilo of cocaine. Police arrested Zoran M. from Bor on suspicion that he illegally produced, stored and sold addictive substances.
The statement adds that the airport police found the drug in specially made compartments in Zoran M.'s suitcase and the suspect is to be taken before the investigating judge in Belgrade.
Furthermore, Zdravko P. from Lazarevac and Miroljub A. from Krusevac have also been detained on suspicion of money forgery, adds the statement.
Late last year the suspects procured $360,000 in fake bills planning to use them as real money.
The forged bills have been seized and police are working on the case, concludes the statement.
