Minister of Public Administration and Local Self-Government Snežana Paunović held a meeting today with Minister of Public Administration of the Republic of North Macedonia Goran Minchev, at which the strong commitment of the two countries to further strengthen institutional cooperation and improve public administration was confirmed.

The meeting represents an important step in deepening the partnership based on mutual trust, stable relations and a shared vision of a modern, efficient and citizen-oriented administration.
It was particularly noted that the public administration reform in Serbia has been recognised as an example of good practice in the region, and that there is a clear willingness to share these experiences with the institutions of North Macedonia.
During the meeting, an agreement was reached to improve cooperation in key areas, including human resource management, development of public policies, strategic documents and legal solutions, as well as the development of modern information systems.
Special emphasis was placed on strengthening the professional development system through the direct exchange of programmes and teaching modules, establishing a network of joint lecturers and connecting digital e-learning platforms.
It was also agreed to organise study visits and professional exchanges of officials, with the aim of further strengthening administrative capacities and improving the practical application of knowledge.
