Over 26 kg of heroin seized

The Serbian Ministry of Interior said that criminal police members seized more than 26 kilograms of heroin on the Batrovci border crossing and arrested one person on suspicion of illegal production, possession and sale of opiates.
Criminal police in cooperation with border police found opiates worth over €1 million in a car with Slovene licence plates.
The driver was taken into 30-day custody in Sremska Mitrovica.
