The Government of the Republic of Serbia adopted today the Decree on the Emergency Intervention Measure to Support Powdered Milk Producers for the Delivery of Powdered Milk to Manufacturers of Confectionery Products, i.e. Ice Cream, which sets out the manner of implementing the emergency intervention measure.

Emergency intervention measure to support powdered milk producers

The funds have been provided for the efficient and timely prevention and elimination of market disruptions.
Support is granted on the basis of an accepted offer for the delivery of powdered milk produced from milk of domestic origin.
The offer must be issued after 1 January 2026, and the powdered milk producer is obliged to deliver the product to the manufacturer of confectionery products, i.e. ice cream, in accordance with the solution prescribed by this regulation.
The government members adopted the Decree on the Establishment of the Support Programme for the Improvement of the Development of Extremely Underdeveloped Municipalities (Local Self-Government Units from the Fourth Group) for 2026. Funds in the amount of RSD 90,000,000 are allocated for the implementation of the project “Procurement of Tank Trucks for the Local Government Units: Sjenica, Gadžin Han, Doljevac, Surdulica and Bosilegrad.”
The Decree on the Issuance of the “Roof 2026” Surcharge Postage Stamp was also adopted, introducing a surcharge stamp in domestic postal traffic in the period from 6 to 19 April 2026, except for newspaper and magazine shipments.
The stamp will be issued in a circulation of 1,500,000 copies, in the denomination of RSD 10, and the funds raised from its sale will be allocated to the Commissariat for Refugees and Migration to finance the purchase of up to five rural households for families of refugees and internally displaced persons.
