Minister of Public Administration and Local Self-Government Snežana Paunović met today in Dubai with Minister of State and Secretary General of the United Arab Emirates Cabinet Maryam Al Hammadi.
During the meeting, Serbia and the UAE exchanged experiences in the fields of digitalisation, integrated services and the modernisation of public administration operations.
Paunović said that single administrative points represent an important instrument of public administration reform in Serbia and a concrete response to the needs of individuals and businesses, as well as a strong step towards a modern, accessible and accountable public administration, noting that the UAE’s experience in this area is extremely valuable for Serbia.
The UAE delegation expressed its readiness to consider the importance and potential of the single administrative points project in Serbia, as well as the possibility of becoming a partner in its further development and enhancement in the future.
