The Serbian Ministry of Interior has said that as part of the “bankruptcy mafia” investigation, criminal police members arrested the director of Rad Holding Radisav Jocovic.
Jocovic is suspected of using influence, through former Commercial Court president Goran Kljajevic, on the then bankruptcy manager of Rad Miljko Zivojinovic to sell the company’s building on Kosovska Street as well as facilities and equipment in New Belgrade. Zivojinovic did so at much lower prices than their market value and sold the facilities to Jocovic and a group of physical persons representing a consortium.
Jocovic will be in custody for 48 hours, after which he will be brought before an investigative judge.
