Participants of the conference that was opened on September 18 in the Institute of Economics Sciences in Belgrade are civil servants from 11 countries of central, southeastern and eastern Europe.
Apart from the Ministry’s experts, lectures will be held by experts from the UNCTAD, United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) as well as by domestic lecturers from the administration and university.
The meeting will focus on crucial aspects of the international economic agenda, connections between trade, investment and development, their implications for integrated development strategies and individual experiences of the region in terms of trade and development policy.
At the same time, the meeting will consider trends on the financial market, management of macro economy, investments and technology, e-commerce and development as well as commerce incentive measures.
