Vladimir Ilic becomes State Secretary of Finance

The Serbian Ministry of Finance stated today that Director of the Serbian Tax Administration Vladimir Ilic has been appointed the Ministry's State Secretary.
The statement adds that Ilic will be in charge of coordinating the work of the tax and customs administrations and recalls that Ilic resigned from his previous post as Director of the Serbian Tax Administration after becoming a member of the G17 party's presidency.
The new tax administration director will be elected through a public competition. Until then, acting director will be Dejan Stojanovic, the current Deputy Director of the Serbian Tax Administration.
