Serbian Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica talked today with World Bank Regional Coordinator for South East Europe Orsalia Kalantzopoulos.

Kalantzopoulos welcomed Serbia's economic progress so far and added that the World Bank supports the Serbian government's economic policy and will provide the necessary assistance for the continuation of reforms in Serbia.
Kostunica briefed World Bank representatives on the government's work on Serbia's successful transition and economic recovery. He especially emphasized the successful legislative framework through which the government provided fast and fruitful reforms of the society.
Kostunica and Kalantzopoulos agreed that Serbia and the World Bank should continue their cooperation in future.
Serbian Minister of Finance Mladjan Dinkic and Minister of Economy Predrag Bubalo also attended the meeting.
