The amendments prescribe the conditions for issuing a driver card to a foreigner who has been granted a temporary stay in Serbia for more than 185 days in a calendar year, the conditions for the procedure for its issuance, replacement and renewal, as well as other procedures related to the card.
Penalties have also been aligned, with amendments to the Law fully harmonising this matter with European Union regulations.
The cabinet also adopted the Decree on the Establishment of the Programme for Financing Projects of Public Interest Implemented by Associations from Territories of Extremely Underdeveloped Municipalities (Local Self-Government Units from the Fourth Group) in 2025.
The Programme provides for the allocation of RSD 25 million to support the work of associations whose activities contribute to the improvement of the quality of life of the local population in the areas of employment, culture, security, environment, gender equality and social issues.
Members of the government adopted the Conclusion establishing that the Construction of a Wastewater Treatment Plant in Srpska Crnja Project is of importance for the Republic of Serbia and provides for the construction of a modern plant that will contribute to environmental protection, improvement of the quality of life and preservation of groundwater.
