Serbian Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica sent a telegram of condolence today to Russian President Vladimir Putin, on the tragic plane accident in Irkutsk.

“Deeply shocked by news of the plane accident in Irkutsk which has resulted in the tragic loss of several lives, I convey to you most sincere condolences on behalf of the Serbian government and myself.
I request you to convey our condolences to the Russian government and families of the victims, and also our willingness to help in any possible way in this moment of grief and loss for our friend Russia,” reads the Serbian Prime Minister’s telegram of condolence.
