The state must return tariff concessions to Serbian citizens living abroad and guarantee that they can import goods for setting up businesses in Serbia without paying customs duty, said Serbian Deputy Minister of Diaspora Aleksandar Cotric in Frankfurt.
At a meeting with Serbian emigrants at the Consulate General in Frankfurt, Cotric said that pensioners from Diaspora who decide to return to Serbia and transfer all their property should also be exempt from paying customs duty. He added that it is also necessary to simplify customs procedure for transport of humanitarian aid to Serbia.
Serbian Assistant Minister of Diaspora Miodrag Jaksic and Consul General of Serbia-Montenegro Dragan Vuksic also attended the meeting.
