Gašić stated that the United Arab Emirates is one of the most important countries for Serbia in the Middle East, reaffirming Serbia’s commitment to preserving traditionally good relations based on friendship and mutual respect.
He underlined the intention of the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces to further strengthen cooperation in the field of defence with the UAE.
Ambassador AlMenhali delivered an official invitation letter from the Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, inviting Gašić to attend the Dubai Airshow 2025, which will take place in November this year.
