Project of urgent reconstruction of health centres adopted

The Serbian Ministry of Health stated today that at yesterday's government session, the Information on the Project of urgent reconstruction of community health centres in Serbia for the period from 2006 to 2007 was adopted.
The Ministry drafted the project according to priorities for investment, investment maintenance and purchase of equipment for centres providing primary health care services. The project is worth €60 million and it should include 157 community health centres.
The project of urgent reconstruction of community health centres is the first in a series of projects that has been adopted and that will be implemented within the framework of the National Investment Plan.
