Vehicles with Montenegrin plates to be treated as imported

The Serbian Ministry of International Economic Relations stated today that due to the existing regulations concerning motor vehicles, there will be no initiatives to change the decision on motor vehicle import.
The statement says that all vehicles with Montenegrin plates will be treated as other vehicles imported from abroad, which means that customs fees and taxes will have to be paid and the euro3 standard fulfilled.
This way, citizens who have already imported their vehicles in line with the law and according to the regulations will not be put in an unequal position, reads the ministry's statement.
