According to the Decree, the Army of Serbia-Montenegro becomes the Army of Serbia. The Coordinating Centre of Serbia-Montenegro and the Republic of Serbia for Kosovo-Metohija becomes the Serbian Coordinating Centre for Kosovo-Metohija, and the Coordinating Centre of the Council of Ministers and the government for the municipalities of Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja becomes the Serbian Coordinating Centre for the municipalities of Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja.
The Serbia-Montenegrin National Council for cooperation with the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY) changes to the Serbian National Council for cooperation with the ICTY.
The Serbia-Montenegrin Accreditation Body becomes the Serbian Accreditation Body, and the Serbia-Montenegrin Institute for Standardisation changes to the Serbian Institute for Standardisation.
The Decree abolishes the institutions of the former state union of Serbia-Montenegro: The Parliament of Serbia-Montenegro, the President of Serbia-Montenegro, the Council of Ministers, the Supreme Defence Council and the Court of Serbia-Montenegro.
Also, the services of the Council of Ministers are abolished: the Secretariat-General, the Service for the Organisation and Position of the Administrative Organs of the Council of Ministers, the Service for Financing the Jurisdictions of Serbia-Montenegro, the Legislation Service, the Service for Joint Affairs, the Information Directorate and the Serbia-Montenegrin EU Integration Office.
The government brought a Decree on financing the jurisdictions transferred from the state union of Serbia-Montenegro to the Republic of Serbia.
A Decree was passed at the session on founding a Service for human and minority rights, as well as a Decree on amendments to the Decree on the formation of the Serbian National Minorities Council.
The government passed a Decree amending the Decree on the representative of Serbia-Montenegro at the European Court for Human rights. Since Serbia has become the successor state of the former state union of Serbia-Montenegro, the representative will represent only the Republic of Serbia.
The government passed a Decision on the execution of founder’s rights in public companies, public institutions and organisations in which the founder’s rights were possessed by the former Socialist Republic of Yugoslavia. According to the Decision the founder’s rights in public companies, public institutions and organisations will be transferred to the Republic of Serbia.
The government brought a Decision on forming a Committee for missing persons.
A Decree was passed on the procedure according to which state organs, organisations and legal persons will deal with non-active economic entities erased from the register of economic entities. A Decree was brought on conditions for processing and marking wooden material for packaging.
The government brought a Decision on establishing a provisional organ of the municipality of Gornji Milanovac.
A Decision was adopted on the use of current budgetary reserves, from which another 50 million dinars will be allocated for damage relief work following natural disasters in Serbia.
Consent was given to the initiative for starting the privatisation process of the newspaper publishing company “Rec Naroda” from Pozarevac and the publishing house “Takovske Novine” from Gornji Milanovac.
The government adopted the Information on resolving the situation concerning redundant employees in “Zastava Employment and Education” from Kragujevac, according to which the agreement between Serbian government representatives and all unions of the Zastava Group from Kragujevac will be extended to August 31, 2007.
