Serbian Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica congratulated today Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic on entering the quarterfinals of the 2006 French Open Tournament in Roland Garros and wished him much luck and success in the continuation of the tournament.
In a telephone conversation with Novak Djokovic, Kostunica said that Serbia is proud of his success and victories at the tournament in France.
"You presented our country in the best way possible. You were playing excellently, with much devotion and above all, self-confidence," Kostunica said and added that the entire country will follow tomorrow's quarterfinal match and cheer for its tennis player, who is yet to experience great victories in his career.
