Minister of Foreign Affairs Marko Đurić said today, ahead of the Summit of the Future to be held in New York, that Serbia remains committed to maintaining international peace and security, as well as conflict prevention.
The Summit of the Future begins at the United Nations headquarters in New York, with inspiring discussions on addressing global challenges together and enhancing international cooperation, Đurić wrote on his X account.
The two-day Summit of the Future starts today at the headquarters of the United Nations in New York, within the 79th session of the UN General Assembly, which is an introduction to the general debate of the session 24 September.
The summit will be attended by more than 130 presidents, prime ministers and monarchs, as well as dozens of ministers, and among the participants is President of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić, who will speak at the second plenary session.
