The Serbian government adopted at its session today a Bill on ratifying the contract on the formation of Energy Union between the EU on one side and Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia and the UN Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo-Metohija, on the other, in line with the UN SC Resolution 1244.
The government adopted a Decree on allocating funds intended as loans for food production companies for 2006.
It also decided to change the current customs fee regarding the import of agricultural and food products.
At the session, the government agreed on the proposed fee for issuing technical licences and certificates and for technical check-up of telecommunication networks, systems and facilities.
The government gave consent to the proposed 2006 programme and work schedule of the institute for educational improvement.
It also adopted a Conclusion on approving the report on the type and volume of state assistance in the country for the years 2003 and 2004.
