Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vulin spoke with Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for National Security of the United Arab Emirates Ali Al Shamsi on the sidelines of the meeting of high security representatives of BRICS plus today.
Vulin and Al Shamsi agreed that the bilateral relations between Serbia and the UAE are at the highest level, noting that the two countries are bound by a strategic partnership, which is the basis of increasingly intensive economic and political cooperation.
Vulin informed Al Shamsi about the unilateral moves of the so-called authorities in Priština, which are in contradiction with all the reached agreements and to which the international community does not react, which may result in the escalation of the conflict and the exodus of Serbs from Kosovo and Metohija.
At the same time, he expressed gratitude to the UAE for its restrained stance during the vote in the United Nations General Assembly on the resolution on Srebrenica.
