The Serbian government adopted at its session today the Bill on returning property to churches and religious communities, the Bill on the market of securities and other financial instruments, and the Bill on agricultural land.
The government passed the Decision on setting the 150th anniversary of birth of Nikola Tesla as the day on which the commemorative coins will be issued in 2006.
The Decision on establishing a committee for implementation of the strategy for social care development was also adopted.
The government members adopted amendments to the Decision on the number of students to be enroled in the first year of undergraduate studies at the state faculties for the school year 2006/2007. The decision to increase the number of posts available was reached in line with the decisions of the Belgrade University's Council to form new departments at the Belgrade Teaching Faculty, and the Faculty of Philology and Art and the Faculty of Medicine in Kragujevac.
The government also adopted amendments to the Decision on the number of students to be enrolled in the first year of the state post-secondary schools and on the tuition fees for the school year 2006/2007.
The government also adopted the Information on the need to secure coordination in the organisation of protection from natural and other larger disasters in the territory of Kosovo-Metohija.
