The Ministry of Science, Technological Development and Innovation announced that the 66th International Fair of Technology and Technical Achievements, which will last until May 24 at the Belgrade Fair, was officially opened today.
This year's international fair of technology and technical achievements was opened by National Assembly Speaker Ana Brnabić, and the attendees were addressed by Minister of Science, Technological Development and Innovation Jelena Begović and Vice Minister of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China Chen Jiachang.
An important part of this year's fair is the exhibition of the government of the Republic of Serbia "Play for Humanity!" Science for all", under the slogan "Step into a sustainable future!".
This exhibition will present original and innovative solutions that have been developed within the scientific research community and innovation ecosystem in Serbia.
Vice Minister of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China Chen Jiachang said that China is privileged and honoured to be invited to this year's fair of technology and technical achievements as a partner country.
Science has no borders and benefits all mankind, calls for consensus through bilateral and multilateral dialogues and cooperation and joint international effort to build a global scientific and technological community, Chen Jiachang said.
