Privatisation advisor for sale of MOBI 63 appointed

The Serbian Ministry of Finance stated that the Serbian government at its session today reached a decision on the selection of privatisation advisor for the sale of the newly-established company MOBI 63 and the second licence for mobile telephony.
The statement specifies that the first-ranked bidder at the tender is a consortium led by Rothshild & Cie from Paris, whose technical offer was significantly better than other ones, and the price offered as much as 50% lower than the average price of other bidders.
