Director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija Petar Petkovic said today that the Belgrade delegation presented its proposal for a balanced and compromise solution to the payment transactions problem during today's round of dialogue in Brussels, but that Pristina showed no will for it.

Petkovic told journalists in Brussels that another meeting on this issue is coming up and that in ten days he expects a new invitation from EU Special Envoy for the Belgrade-Pristina Dialogue Miroslav Lajcak on the topic of the dinar and payments.
The Director of the Office also pointed out that he urged for immediate formation of the Community of Serb Municipalities, especially since more than 4,000 days have passed since Pristina signed the agreement that prescribes this.
All the problems we are facing would not even exist if the Community of Serb Municipalities had been formed, said Petkovic and added that Belgrade is dedicated to seeking solutions within the framework of the dialogue and that the moves of Prime Minister of the temporary institutions of Pristina Albin Kurti cannot be any basis for the normalisation of relations.
