Sums of 30 million dinars each have been set aside for the village Bogdanje in the municipality of Trstenik, and the village Zlatari in the municipality of Brus. A sum of 10 million dinars is meant for the municipality Ljig, while municipalities Rekovac, Koceljeva, Gornji Milanovac and Osecina will be given five million dinars each.
A Decision was adopted on the formation of a Coordinating Body for directing activities in damage relief work amidst landslides on the territories of municipalities Trstenik and Brus. Members of the Coordinating Body are Serbian Minister of Capital Investment Velimir Ilic, Serbian Minister of Economy Predrag Bubalo, Serbian Minister of Finance Mladjan Dinkic, Serbian Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Ivana Dulic-Markovic, Serbian Minister of Energy and Mining Radomir Naumov and Serbian Minister of Health Tomislav Milosavljevic.
Also adopted at the session are the bill on amendments to the law on cooperatives, and the bill on issuing guarantees to the Republic of Serbia regarding loans granted by the German financial organisation “KFW” to the Serbian Electric Power Industry for financing the project of securing mining equipment necessary for surface exploitation in the mine "Tamnava – West field".
A Decree was passed on protection of the natural reserve of “Uvac”. A Decree was passed on amendments to the Decree on the costs of compulsory disinfection of motor vehicles on entering the Republic of Serbia.
The government brought a Decision on amendments to the Decision on the formation of a committee for the marking of the 200th birth anniversary of Serbian writer Jovan Sterija Popovic. Honourable Chairman of the committee is Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica, and honourable member is Serbian Minister of Culture Dragan Kojadinovic.
Consent was given at the session to the decision of the managing board of the Serbian Electric Power Industry on the price of electricity, according to which electricity prices will increase by 15% from April 1, 2006.
Prices for general consumption will increase by 11.7%. Prices in the “green zone” will increase by 15% and 9.8% in the “blue zone”. There will be an increase of 22% for consumption of high and medium voltage. For consumption of low voltage prices have increased by 20%.
An Information on the necessity of drafting a strategy for restructuring and privatisation of RTV "Bor" and an Information on basic premises for submitting an offer for negotiations in the goods sector with members of the World Trade Organisation (WTO) were also passed at the session.
The government adopted an Information on the necessary appointment of the Commission for drafting a national strategy for fighting corruption and recommendations of the Council of Europe Group of States against Corruption (GRECO).
It was determined at the session that a Bill on social protection for war veterans and the disabled be temporarily withdrawn from the parliamentary procedure.
