Prime Minister Ana Brnabic stated that at today's meeting with farmers in Kisac, a high degree of agreement was reached and added that a new meeting will be held on 29 November, whereas the representatives of farmers announced that they will not continue with traffic blockades any more.

We have reached a good compromise with the farmers, who will not reduce the benefits to other farmers, Brnabic stated.
According to her, farmers will be able to buy 400 litres of fuel at the pumps, subsidies will be increased up to RSD 17,000 per hectare for certified seed material, and they will be provided with assistance to operate independently on the stock market.
This was a good meeting with farmers and already on Wednesday, the first meeting of the working group for regulating the market and commodity exchange will be organised, and work will immediately begin on the amendments to all laws and by-laws in order to provide farmers with a free market and protection from monopolists and cartels, she said.
