Conclusion on payment of financial aid of RSD 20,000 as of 30 November adopted

At today's meeting, the government of the Republic of Serbia adopted a Decision by which financial aid of RSD 20,000, starting from 30 November 2023, will be paid to beneficiaries of pensions, temporary allowances – work-disabled people of the second and third categories of disability, i.e., remaining working capacity and disabled children – beneficiaries of temporary benefits from the National Fund for Pension and Disability Insurance.

Members of the government adopted the Conclusion to pay animal owners funds for dead and killed animals for the purpose of diagnosis of African swine fever.

At the session, the Decree amending the Decree on the criteria for the categorization of public roads was adopted, which introduces a new category of state roads – I M – motorway, aimed at increasing road safety.

The government adopted the amended Decree determining the Grant Programme for the purchase of a country house with a garden in the territory of the Republic of Serbia for the year 2023 due to the great interest of the applicants as well as the large number of applications received for the public competition for the allocation of these funds.

Until 30 October 2023, funds were approved for the purchase of 657 houses with a garden, and the Programme Plans to approve the purchase of another 330.

The cabinet adopted and amended the Decree on determining the Programme of a standardised set of services for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises and entrepreneurs in 2023, which is implemented through accredited regional development agencies.

Due to the great interest of the applicants, the Decree amending the Decree determining the Grant Programme for the purchase of minibuses for the transportation needs of the rural population in the territory of the Republic of Serbia for 2023 was also adopted, which approves funds for the purchase of an additional nine minibuses.

Members of the government also adopted decisions on the designation of the centre of Ruma as a spatial cultural-historical unit, the designation of the Fire Station in Baranda as a cultural monument, as well as on the termination of the status of a cultural asset to residential building at Srosmajerova street in Zrenjanin.
