Hague tribunal to hand over two war crime cases to Serbian courts

The Serbian Ministry of Justice said today it is expecting The Hague tribunal to hand over two war crime cases to Serbian courts in the nearest future
The first two trials will be a test for domestic courts, the statement said, adding that the tribunal is expected to transfer more cases to Serbia’s judiciary later on.
