Government adopts several laws, decrees

The Serbian government adopted today the Bill on film and other audio-visual heritage, bearing in mind the need for systematic regulation of each individual area of cultural property protection according to its specificities.

The government adopted the Bill on amendments to the Law on civil servants, which postpones until 2025 the obligation to conduct a public competition for temporary employment due to a temporarily increased workload.

The Decree on the conditions and manner of awarding and using funds to encourage the improvement of tourism traffic of domestic tourists on the territory of Serbia was adopted, as well as the amended Decree on the extraordinary intervention measure of support to flour producers.

The amended Decree on determining the programme of financial support for agricultural producers of sunflower in 2022 was adopted, as well as the Decree on the temporary measure of limiting the price of gas and compensating the difference in the price of natural gas procured from imports or produced in the Republic of Serbia in the event of a disruption in the natural gas market.

A session will be held in the Palace of Serbia tonight at 20.00, which will be attended by President of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic, at the invitation of Prime Minister Ana Brnabic.
