Government approves documents of the Serbian Agency for Telecommunications

The Serbian government approved at its session toady the documents of the Serbian Agency for Telecommunications - rule books on the fees for the use of radio frequencies and on the costs of issuing permits for radio stations.
Also, the government approved the decision of the Serbian Broadcasting Agency concerning fees for television and radio broadcasting.
The government adopted the Bill on amendments to the Law on the Serbian literary society, and the Decree on the use of funds for subsidies to producers of agricultural and food products for 2006.
The government passed a Decree on the interim suspension of transfer of funds from the Serbian budget to the unit of local self-government, i.e. the transfer of a corresponding amount of the income tax and the corporate tax to the autonomous province.
A Decree on the way and control of calculation and payments of salaries in public institutions was adopted.
The government brought a Decree amending the Decree on the allowed treatment procedures with customs goods, release of customs goods, and the collection of customs debt.
The government passed a Decision on the use of funds from the budget reserves worth 1,752,400 dinars to finance the repair of damaged facilities of the Islamic community in Serbia.
The Decision on the use of funds from the budget reserves worth 563,751,100 dinars for the payment of annual premiums for Christmas holidays to employees in the elementary and secondary schools was adopted.
The government approved the 2006 business programmes of the public water management company from Belgrade Srbijavode, the public company The Institute for Books and Teaching Materials from Belgrade, and the Privatization Agency.
The government adopted the Programme for the distribution and use of funds for social care from the state budget on the basis of the Law on the Serbian budget for 2006, and the Programme for the distribution and the use of funds from donations, and transfer of these funds to the organizations of obligatory social insurance from the state budget, in line with the Law on the Serbian budget for 2006.
The government adopted the Information on the Agreement on financing the regional programme of assistance of the European Union, CARDS, for 2005.
The Programme on the distribution and the use of funds in 2006 for the recovery of the Kolubara district hit by an earthquake was adopted.
