The protocol was signed on behalf of the Serbian delegation by State Secretary of the Ministry of Finance Gojko Stanivukovic, who pointed out that this document gives us space for intensifying cooperation in the field of sustainable economic development, climate change, environmental and energy protection, good governance and the rule of law.
He expressed his gratitude to the government of Germany for its long-term support in the European integration process and the implementation of complex and challenging strategic reforms in Serbia.
According to him, approximately 1,000 German companies in Serbia, which employ more than 76,000 people, are a clear indicator of the country's presence in all vital sectors of the Serbian economy.
The representatives of the German delegation said that the future aid of the German development policy will be directed towards the process of Serbia's accession to the European Union, with the intensification of cooperation in the field of climate action.
