At today's session, the government of the Republic of Serbia passed a Decision on the temporary ban on the export of natural gas, which will be valid until 31 October this year, in order to ensure safe supply of the domestic market and prevent possible damage to the economy and citizens.

The decision was made in order to prevent the threat of a critical shortage of natural gas caused by a disruption in the global energy market.
At the session, decisions were also made on the awarding of cash prizes in the amount of €30,000 in RSD each to the head coach and members of the Serbian women’s volleyball team for winning the gold medal at the World Championships in the Republic of Poland and the Kingdom of The Netherlands, from 23 September to 15 October 2022.
Cash prizes are awarded with the aim of affirming sports and preparing athletes to achieve even better results that will contribute to the affirmation of Serbia.
