On this occasion, Jovanovic said that this document will contribute to the deepening and improvement of cooperation in the field of development of digital technologies with Turkey, as well as to the exchange of experiences related to digital transformation in line with the national legislations.
He pointed to the importance of further establishment and development of eGovernment, transparent and effective provision of public services for sustainable development, and to the mutual desire for exchange of experiences in the field of provision of public and electronic services.
Aware of the necessity to connect experts, i.e. professionals with institutional resources, as well as to implement trainings and develop competence of experts for the exchange of information and experiences in the field of providing public services, we have agreed to create a working group as soon as possible that will have three main pillars, Jovanovic said.
One of them will deal with establishing cooperation policies of national state authorities electronically (G2G), with the involvement of other national public institutions.
The second pillar will deal with the activities of providing eGovernment services to business entities (G2B), while the third pillar will deal with determining priorities for the development of human resources, Jovanovic specified.
