This Decree has been brought in line with the Law on foreign trade operation that became effective, and which stipulates that the Agency for business registers is responsible for the registration of branch offices.

The government brought the Decision approving the total of 6.86 million dinars for the work of local self-governments, and 5 million dinars to the Ministry of Human and Minority Rights of Serbia-Montenegro, as the payment of liabilities of the Commission on Missing Persons.
The government passed the Decision approving 600,000 dinars from the current budgetary reserve to the Association of the families of the persons who have been kidnapped and killed in Kosovo-Metohija.
The government approved the working programmes for 2006 of the Serbian public telecommunications company PTT, the Belgrade Airport, the Sklonista public company, and the public company for forest management Srbijasume.
The approval was also given for the working plans of the public companies Electric Power Industry of Serbia EPS, and Elektromreze Srbija for the period July-December 2005.
The government passed an Information on the need of concluding a Memorandum on cooperation in the process of European integration between the Serbian government and the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
In addition, the Information on the improvement of work of veterinary and phytosanitary inspection services on Serbia's border crossings was adopted.
