Government adopts bill on entrepreneurs

The Serbian government adopted at today's session the Bill on entrepreneurs and forwarded it to the Serbian parliament for adoption, as well as the Decree on the registration of branch offices of foreign private entities into the register of economic entities of the Agency for business registers.
This Decree has been brought in line with the Law on foreign trade operation that became effective, and which stipulates that the Agency for business registers is responsible for the registration of branch offices.
The government passed the Decision on the establishment of a public company for the management of state roads, and the Decree on the issuing of a supplemental postal stamp for the construction of the Saint Sava Temple.
The government adopted the general balance of public revenues and expenditures of the Republic of Serbia for 2006, and the Decision on identifying goods for whose export and import special conditions are prescribed.
The government brought the Decision on the establishment of the Fund for encouraging agricultural production in Serbia, and the Decision on the formation of committee for the marking of the 200th anniversary of birth of Serbian writer Jovan Sterija Popovic.
The government brought the Decision approving the total of 6.86 million dinars for the work of local self-governments, and 5 million dinars to the Ministry of Human and Minority Rights of Serbia-Montenegro, as the payment of liabilities of the Commission on Missing Persons.
The government passed the Decision approving 600,000 dinars from the current budgetary reserve to the Association of the families of the persons who have been kidnapped and killed in Kosovo-Metohija.
The government approved the working programmes for 2006 of the Serbian public telecommunications company PTT, the Belgrade Airport, the Sklonista public company, and the public company for forest management Srbijasume.
The approval was also given for the working plans of the public companies Electric Power Industry of Serbia EPS, and Elektromreze Srbija for the period July-December 2005.
The government passed an Information on the need of concluding a Memorandum on cooperation in the process of European integration between the Serbian government and the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
In addition, the Information on the improvement of work of veterinary and phytosanitary inspection services on Serbia's border crossings was adopted.
