A Bill on takeovers of joint stock companies was also adopted today.
The government decided to form a committee for establishing and protecting the right on immovables owned by the Serbian government which are situated outside Serbia's territory, and Serbian Minister of Diaspora Vojislav Vukcevic was appointed president of the committee.
The government adopted the Information on the necessity of linking together the pension insurance and the insurance based on the years of service in the public company for underground coal exploitation.
It also approved of the Rulebook on determining programmes of protection, construction, reconstruction and works on main and regional roads on the territory of Serbia for 2005.
The government adopted the Information on the signing of a general contract on a loan granted by the European Council's Development Bank to the state union of Serbia-Montenegro. The loan will be used for the purpose of constructing new and reconstructing damaged houses in central Banat which were flood-stricken in spring this year.
A report on the implemented Programme of the Schedule and Distribution of Funds of the Serbian and Serbia-Montenegrin Coordinating Body for Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja municipalities, and of the Serbian and Serbia-Montenegrin Coordinating Body for Kosovo-Metohija for the period of July-September 2005 was also adopted.
