Law on financial assistance to families with children amended

The Serbian government adopted at its session today the Bill on rehabilitation, the Bill on amendments to the Law on financial assistance to families with children and the Bill on amendments to the Law on social care and providing social security to citizens.
The government brought a Decree on amendments to the Decree on salaries of employees in special organisational units of state bodies responsible for curbing organised crime.
Decisions on issuing treasury bills of the Republic of Serbia with the dates of issue of November 29, December 6 and December 20, 2005 were passed.
The government brought a decision on donating customs goods to the association of families of the kidnapped and the missing in Kosovo-Metohija, referring to the import of a car which the Association will use for the visits to the families of the expelled and graves in Kosovo-Metohija.
The government approved the initiative for the privatisation of companies Betonjerka from Sombor, Odrzavanje i Usluge from Novi Sad, Elektrodistribucija Izgradnja from Belgrade and Energotehnika - Juzna Backa from Novi Sad.
The government adopted the Information on the need of ratification of the Kyoto Protocol along with the United Nation's Framework Convention on Climate Change. It also adopted the Information on the level of environmental pollution in the chemical company Zupa from Krusevac, and the Cleanup Plan for undertaking urgent and emergency measures in that company.
A Decision was brought at the session on using means from current budgetary reserves from which a sum of 8.17 million dinars has been allocated for financing the renovation plan and resolving ecological problems in the chemical industry “Zupa”.
A Decision was also brought on using means from current budgetary reserves from which a sum of 1.6 million dinars is to be allocated for building churches in the eparchy of Sabac-Valjevo, and the eparchy of Zica.
The government also adopted a Decision on using means from current budgetary reserves from which a sum of 174.1 million dinars is to be allocated for the needs of local governments.
A Decision was brought on the use of means from current budgetary reserves according to which a sum of 20 million dinars has been allocated for implementing the programme of soup kitchens.
The government today gave agreement on regulations on internal organisation and systemisation of work places in the expert services of administrative districts - Pcinj, Jablanica, Zajecar, Podunavlje, Kosovo, Srednji Banat, Severna Backa and Zapadna Backa.
