The government also passed a decree that regulates the conditions for delivery of electricity, as well as the measures to be taken in case EPS is unable to deliver electricity to consumers due to malfunction of the energy system or disruption of the energy market in Serbia.
The Decision on the criteria for determining tariff quotas for importing 15,000 tons of sunflower oil without custom duties was also passed. The aim of the Decision is to regulate relations in the market and suspend further increase in the price of cooking oil.
The government granted a sum of 100 million dinars to the Serbia-Montenegrin Coordinating Centre from the current budgetary reserve.
The government also adopted the Information on the need for signing the St. Petersburg Declaration at the Ministerial conference on implementing law on forest management in the region of Europe and Northern Asia, to be held in St. Petersburg on November 22-25, 2005.
The government adopted a conclusion on confirming guarantees given to the Hague tribunal on May 5, 2005 for provisional release of Nebojsa Pavkovic until the beginning of the trial.
