Serbian Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica received today Italy’s celebrated tenor Andrea Bocelli and wished him success at tomorrow’s concert at the Belgrade Arena.

At the meeting with Bocelli, Kostunica pointed out that Belgrade has always been a good host, famous for its audience that appreciates and respects art. Serbian Minister of Culture Dragan Kojadinovic also attended the meeting.
Bocelli said it has been his personal wish to perform before the Belgrade audience, since it recognises the value of classical music and arts.
“This is why despite many already scheduled concerts, I have found time to come to Serbia and give a concert in Belgrade”, the renowned tenor said.
