Government adopts bill for the law on mortgage and arbitration

The Serbian government has adopted a bill on mortgage and a bill on arbitration at its session today.
It also adopted a bill on amendments to the Law on Action Plan for Harmonisation of Economic Systems of Serbia-Montenegro’s Member States in order to prevent and remove obstacles to the free movement of persons, goods, services and capital.
The government also passed a Decree on the distribution and criteria for granting foreign licenses for international transport to domestic goods transporters.
Amendments to the Decree on the design of the control excise stamp and the procedure of their issuing for marking cigarettes and alcoholic drinks was also adopted.
The government has also adopted Information regarding the measures necessary for prevention, control and suppression of bird flu breakout in Serbia.
