Minister of Foreign Affairs Nikola Selakovic had a telephone conversation today with his Greek counterpart Nikos Dendias.
Selakovic stated that the bilateral relations of Serbia and Greece are very good, friendly and characterised by cooperation at all levels.
He underlined that Serbia is committed to further developing strategic partnership with Greece and that it is interested in the intensification of dialogue with Greece both within regional cooperation, through a quadrilateral format with Bulgaria and Romania, and through establishing a trilateral format with Cyprus.
The Serbian Minister of Foreign Affairs invited his Greek counterpart to visit Serbia in the coming period, voicing hope that conditions will be met for the visit to take place shortly, according to a statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
