Group of narcotics manufacturers arrested

Officers of the Administration for the Fight against Organised Crime of the Serbian Ministry of Interior have arrested several individuals on grounded suspicion that they had manufactured and sold narcotics.
According to a statement from MUP, arrested are Kristijan Kamenko, 32, and Sasa Stankovic, 35, both from Slovenske Konjice, Slovenia; Marinko Zemunovic, 32, from Belgrade, who was wanted for trafficking in human beings; and Vladimir Osecanski, 25, and Branko Niciforovic, 23, from Belgrade.
In this operation, 500 grams of heroin were seized, hidden in an air filter which Sasa Stankovic had smuggled from Slovenia to Belgrade in a Volkswagen Golf with Slovenian registration plates CE T 3181.
A handgun with 15 bullets in the clip was seized from Marinko Zemunovic, for which he had no license.
Criminal charges were brought against these people and they were brought before an investigating judge of the Belgrade District Court, the statement added.
