During the talks, it was concluded that the Serbian Privatisation Agency has annulled the agreement on the company's privatisation. Under the agreement, the company should be registered in the commercial court tomorrow, together with the change of its ownership structure, and the procedure of its restructuring and merging to the Agricultural Corporation Belgrade (PKB) should begin. Special attention will be paid to the preparation of a social welfare programme for surplus workers.
At the request of the company's leadership, the Ministry pledged to send financial police and the corporate crime inspection service to examine the company's business performance in the previous period.
The participants in the meeting agreed to suspend the strike until April 28, when the Ministry's representatives will inform the company about concrete decisions and measures taken in the meantime.
