C-Market shareholders’ rights must be inviolable

Following the announced sale of C-Market shares, the Serbian Ministry of Economy said today that it will insist that the trade in C-Market shares be in line with legal procedures and institutional trade in securities.
The Ministry of Economy will further insist on the inviolability of shareholders’ rights, regardless of the number of stocks they own, as well as on the market value of the securities as the only real value, reads the statement.
