All municipalities and cities will have the right to participate, and the condition is that the local self-government units have in their own budgets the funds envisaged for the implementation of the proposed measures, that they have a body or person in charge of demographic and population policy issues, as well as that the proposed measures are in line with the goals and objectives and the purposes of this call.
The grant is intended to co-finance those measures related to reducing the economic cost of raising a child, reconciling work and parenting, lowering the psychological cost of parenting, promoting health and reproductive health, combating infertility, and population education.
For this purpose, RSD 650 million have been provided from the budget, and the deadline for application is 15 days from the date of publication of the invitation in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia.
Considering that one of the main goals of the government of Serbia is systematic support to the sector of small and medium-sized enterprises and entrepreneurs, the regulation on establishing the program of encouraging entrepreneurship through development projects in 2020 was adopted at today's session.
At the session, the Decree on Establishing the Entrepreneurship Development Program through Financial Support for Start-ups in 2020 was adopted, as well as the Decree establishing the Regional and Local Development Incentive Programme in 2020, for which RSD 40 million was allocated.
The government provided a grant of RSD 2,000,000,000 to support investments by businesses, expand production and strengthen competitiveness, with the primary objective of adopting a Regulation establishing a support program for small and medium-sized enterprises for the procurement of equipment for 2020 - job creation.
In order to ensure the continuation of the implementation of the regional development policy, the Government adopted today a regulation establishing a program of support for accredited regional development agencies in 2020 and allocated RSD 20 million for this purpose.
Also at today's session, RSD 35 million was allocated for the implementation of the Program of Standardized Set of Services for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in 2020, which is implemented through accredited regional development agencies.
