Serbian government offers condolences to families of the deceased in Cypriot plane crash

On behalf of the Serbian government, Minister of Science and Environmental Protection Aleksandar Popovic signed the book of condolences today that the Cypriot Embassy in Belgrade has opened to commemorate the tragic airplane crash.

“On behalf of the Serbian government I am offering deepest condolences to the Government of Cyprus, the Cypriot people and the families of the deceased.
“Many ties that have existed between our countries and mutual friendship that has already been proved in times of hardship, such as this one, make our feelings of compassion even deeper.
“The people and the government of Cyprus have true friends in the people of Serbia and the Serbian government”, Minister Popovic wrote in the book.
