Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior Nebojsa Stefanovic said that everything is ready for tomorrow's arrival of French President Emmanuel Macron, during whose visit all security measures will be applied.
We do not talk about details of security measures, but we will have enough people and we will also take all other technical measures so that President Macron, as well as all other guests visiting Serbia, be safe, Stefanovic said.
Considering that sometimes the security measures include closing the streets, the Minister asked citizens of Belgrade for patience, adding that the Ministry of the Interior will try to be efficient and make all delays as short as possible.
We will have enough police officers to divert traffic, he said, and stressed that Macron’s visit is important as a message for the European integration of Serbia, but also for the further economic and overall development of our country.
