First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic met today on the sidelines of the 49th session of the General Assembly of the Organization of American States (OAS) held in Medellin, with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Trinidad and Tobago Dennis Mozes.

Dacic informed his interlocutor about Serbia's strategic approach to friendly countries that strongly support the principles of international law and share the same attitudes and values as our country.
Dacic and Mozes agreed to continue working together to promote bilateral co-operation in all areas of common interest, to continue with mutual support in international organizations, as well as regular contacts and exchange of high-level visits.
Dacic also met with Minister of National Progress and Social Development of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Frederick Stephenson, which is a country that has been recently elected as a non-permanent member of the UN Security Council for the period 2020-2021.
The Deputy Prime Minister of Serbia informed Stephenson about the current political processes and the results of economic policy in Serbia, and at the same time expressed gratitude to this country for its principled support to the basic postulates of international law and territorial integrity.
