At the session, the Bill on amendments to the Law on electronic commerce was adopted.
The government also adopted the Bill on amendments to the Law on enforcement and security, as well as the Decree on the establishment of a state programme for assistance and restoration of the damaged family residential properties owned by citizens due to the effects of floods and hail in June 2019.
For this purpose, the government earmarked funds totalling RSD 400 million for an urgent rehabilitation of residential housing units, so that the citizens could clean up the consequences of natural disasters in the shortest time possible and get basic living conditions.
At the proposal of Prime Minister Ana Brnabic, the Serbian government submitted a request to the National Assembly of Serbia for holding an extraordinary session, with four items of the agenda: the Bill on science and research, the Bill on the establishment of public interest and special procedures for the implementation of the infrastructure corridor building project E- 761, the Pojate-Preljina section, the Bill on community policing and the Bill on amendments to the Law on fees for the use of public goods.
