First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic will be on a visit to the Russian Federation today and tomorrow where he will take part in the International Economic Forum in St. Petersburg.
During his visit to St. Petersburg and participation in the forum, Dacic will attend the signing of the Protocol on Cooperation on the Tesla project, and on the sidelines of the forum, he will meet with his counterpart, Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov.
The International Economic Forum in St. Petersburg has been held since 1997 in this city, and since 2005 under the auspices of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
This year, the Forum will be attended by President of Bulgaria Rumen Radev, Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, Prime Minister of Slovakia Peter Pellegrini and Secretary General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres.
In addition to many heads of state, prime ministers and ministers, the forum will bring together more than 17,000 visitors from more than 140 countries around the world, according to a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
