Dacic particularly expressed his gratitude for Spain's principled position on Kosovo-Metohija, as well as on the consistent and strong support of our country in the process of European integration.
He pointed out that Serbia's wish is that the bilateral relations with Spain are as good as possible, which would be particularly helpful for the visit of King Philip VI, which is expected this year.
Fuertes said that Spain is greeted with great sympathy for Serbia, and that he is pleased to work in a country with which Spain fosters friendly relations.
Dacic also received today on a farewell visit Ambassador of Finland to Serbia Pertti Juhani Ikonen.
The officials assessed that the bilateral relations of the two countries are good, and stressed the need to develop cooperation both in the bilateral and in the European integration process.
Dacic expressed his gratitude to Finland for the support it provides to Serbia in the field of European integration, adding that he hopes that during its EU presidency in the second half of 2019, Finland will continue to actively support the enlargement process and the European path of Serbia.
